Yes — that's the whole point. The catalog is curated for QDD and pancake actuator builds, every product page lists the specs and compatibility notes that matter, and our kits are pre-matched so the motor, driver, encoder and magnet actually work together. Not sure about a specific combo? Ask us.

How long will my order take?

About 2–3 weeks for most orders, with free US shipping and tracking on every parcel. See Shipping for details. We show honest lead times rather than over-promising.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the US for now. Outside the US? Contact us first and we'll see what's possible.

What if a part is dead on arrival or defective?

Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We review each case and work with you to put it right — usually a replacement or refund. Full details in Returns.

Can I return something I changed my mind about?

Yes — unused, original-condition items can be returned within 30 days. A 30% restocking fee applies and the buyer covers return shipping. (Defective or wrong items are always refunded in full, no fee.) See Returns.

Are the parts genuine and tested?

We curate from a vetted supplier network and document specs on every listing. If anything doesn't match the description, our guarantee has you covered.

Will I owe customs or duties?

Not on US orders — the price you see is the price you pay.
